– Tomato sauce: picking basil leaves, explanation of the various types of tomatoes, squeezing of tomatoes, explanation of the different ways to cook, chopping the aubergines and salting;
– Preparation of grandma’s dessert “white to eat” with cinnamon, orange and lemon flavoured milk cream;
– Eating the food prepared. Drinks included.
