WHAT IS INCLUDED

– Preparation of the dough: collect fresh eggs, mix the ingredients, knead the dough, roll out, cut and shape;

– Seasoning preparation: basil picking, explanation of the different types of tomatoes, squeezing the tomatoes, explanation of the different ways of cooking, chopping the aubergines and cooking them (vegetables used vary according to season);

Here in Sicily, in 1154, the first pasta factory in the world opened. In this experience you will make pasta as our grandparents passed down to us, on the cutting boards and in the bread troughs, you will learn the differences between the ancient Sicilian flours that give life to the basis of Italian cuisine.

We will knead the pasta and prepare a sauce to make the taste of Sicily explode in every mouthful.
